Job Description
Looking for Engineer ITA / Asst. Manager
Desired Profile
Experience managing network devices such as Cisco switches, routers and
firewalls.
Experience configuration, implementation and support of VPN networks, QoS for
voice and video communications and troubleshooting.
Excellent troubleshooting skills whereby independently managing L3 issues and
escalations.
Exposure to VoIP environment (preferably Cisco Contact Center)
Very well conversant with ITIL based framework and methodology
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with employees and customers
at all skill levels; including the ability to translate and communicate
technical and analytical issues to all types of end users.
